This class sets Fourrier or Robin boundary conditions: $\alpha u + A\nabla u \cdot n = g$ on $\gamma$ .

$A\nabla u \cdot n$ is the conormal derivative arising from the operator $\nabla \cdot A\nabla$ when applying the Green formula on the variationnal problem associated to the PDE problem.
